Arnold H. Light is founder and President of The Light Group, Inc., a 20 year old New York-based incentive marketing organization, specializing in reward marketing and communications, incentive travel, meeting planning, special event marketing and merchandise programs as well as marketing consulting.
Mr. Light is a member of The Society of Incentive Travel Executives, The Overseas Press Club, The Association of Incentive Marketing, The Direct Selling Association, the American Business Association, Meeting Planners International and the Society for the Advancement of Travel for the Handicapped (SATH).
He has been designated as a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA) in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Mr. Light frequently writes for travel and marketing publications and has been a guest lecturer at many tourism symposiums. He has been an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute, The New School for Social Research and currently at New York University instructing in advertising, marketing research and incentive marketing on the graduate level. As an advisor to many large corporations, Mr. Light has gained a vast overview of a diversified group of businesses. Mr. Light received his degrees from New York University. He has completed three New York City Marathons and is an avid sports enthusiast.
