Individual Incentive Travel Packages

A corporate sponsored individual incentive travel award can come in many forms, from a pre-packaged travel certificate to a complete planned package. It all depends on budget. We provide some good guidelines below.

The participant, however, will have to accumulate a number of these travel certificates to apply toward a hotel night or airline ticket. They may also add their own funds if they fail to earn enough travel certificates.

Almost every hotel chain and all the airlines offer miles certificates to be used for redemption on their airline or hotel. We specialize in Marriott and Ritz Carlton Hotel certificates and American Airlines.

You can also offer your own travel certificate that we prepare with whatever values you desire. The recipient calls us and we act as his/her personal travel agent. Below is a list of sample travel incentive awards and their estimated price points so you have an idea how you can match your budget to an award program.

Individual Travel Awards for Two

1. $500 Travel gift certificate to be used as needed for any mode of travel by recipient.

2. Two nights at a local resort including an allowance for food, recreation, taxes, gratuities and a stipend to cover driving (100 mile radius). $750

3. A 3/night 4/day cruise to the Bahamas, including airfare, cruise tickets outside cabin, all food on board, a welcome gift with a letter from management, port charges, taxes and gratuities as well as transfers from the airport to the cruise pier. $2,200
