There are a number of factors that go into planning a group travel program. But to give you an idea of what the costs are for different types of programs we have developed the below guidelines.

Pricing depends on the number in the group, the airfare to the destination, time of year, type of hotel, inclusions such as sightseeing, group team activities, group dinners, cocktail receptions, welcome gifts, nightly pillow surprises, trip directors who supervise the program from beginning to end and award ceremonies are amongst the most important items that should be included.

Using the above inclusions below is the estimated per person costs for several destinations. For a group size of 15-25 people.

1. USA city or resort destinations, 3day/2night, 15-25 people New York, LA, San Francisco, Florida, Arizona
   Cost per person: $1,500 -$2,000
   
2. Bahamas cruise 4day/3night, 15-25 people
   Cost per person: $1,600-$2,250
   
3. Colorado, Las Vegas, etc., 4day/3night, 15-25 people
   Cost per person: $2,000-$2,500
   
4. Bahamas or Mexico 5/day/4night, 15-25 people
   Cost per person: $2,500-$3,000
   
5. Puerto Rico, 5day/4night, 15-25 people
   Cost per person: $2,500-$3,000
   
6. Aruba, Grand Cayman, Barbados, St. Thomas, St. John, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, 5Day, 4/night, 15-25 people
   Cost per person: $2,500-$3,000
   
7. London, England 7days/5nights, 15-25 people
   Cost per person: $2,500-$3,000

Just one other note, as the group gets larger their economies of scale and certain group costs are lowered as they are amortized over larger numbers. This results in lower costs per person.
