Senior Staff - The Light Group, Inc.

Arnold H. Light, CTC, Founder

Role: Advises clients on best practices, guides and directs account staff to insure quality of service and client satisfaction. Insures ethical governance and financial integrity of all client projects. Chief creative and marketing authority.

Background: 35 years of marketing practice specializing in incentive and loyalty marketing disciplines helping multi-national corporations develop and implement B2B and B2C results oriented performance improvement programs. Has been an adjunct professor at New York University, Pratt Institute and The New School for Social Research instructing in marketing research, advertising and incentive marketing on the graduate level. Member of The Westchester Chamber of Commerce/Westchester Business Council, The Overseas Press Club, Society of Incentive Travel Executives, The Association of Incentive Marketing, The Direct Selling Association, the American Business Association, NFIB, and a charter member of Society for the Advancement of Travel for the Handicapped (SATH).

Kristin Stoltenberg, New Business Development Manager

Role: Works to develop programs for new and prospective clients both on and offline. Focuses on creating and implementing motivational programs that encompass start to finish management to aide clients in achieving their goals.

Background: Kristin’s eight years of meeting, event and program coordination for high profile customers allows her to serve her client’s at the highest level. Kristin joined TLG in the winter of 2001 and has been a key leader in the development of online merchandise award programs. Additional business experience includes serving as a Political Staff Assistant for Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge and work for a global Public Relations firm head quartered in NYC. This December, Kristin will be a graduate of the acclaimed Academy for Entrepreneurial Excellence in Westchester County.

Nilda Perez, Director of Client Services

Role: Management and implementation of special events, meeting, incentive travel programs and merchandise fulfillment for corporations from inception to completion.

Background: Experienced marketer focused on customer service, incentive travel, special markets and promotional incentives. Extensive experiences in account development, staff management and relationship building. Additional experience includes, eleven years of continuous advancement and business knowledge with the Fortune 100 market leader of charge card and financial services. Designed and developed account servicing strategies to increase penetration and presence in key markets and industries.
