Our purpose for being is to provide "Above and Beyond" customer satisfaction while fulfilling quality motivational rewards and providing meaningful incentive ideas to help our client companies improve internal and external relationships with people and the environment, increase profits, and meet business challenges.

 

What differentiates The Light Group from other incentive marketing companies can only be experienced in the way we perform for our clients. Our credo stresses this point: "give the client more than they hired us for".

We understand that a critical aspect in working with clients is the relationship we develop with them. We try to make our clients comfortable with the way we do business. This helps us do the best job and more for them.

An incentive company must excel in CUSTOMER SERVICE to the award winner. Our account group and our customer service personnel have been trained and indoctrinated to meet the sensitive needs of award winners.

It is our policy to call participants on a periodic basis to determine levels of satisfaction. We do this for merchandise and travel. This procedure has been very helpful to us in making changes as to how we handle award winners and in product development as well. (Give the customers what they want). It gives us an opportunity to listen to the marketplace. We are fortunate to have received unsolicited letters and comments of appreciation from many clients. These letters are available upon request.

We empower our staff to accept nothing less from vendors than what the client was promised. Of course we also expect more.

We talk about our mistakes with our clients and bite the bullet if and when expectations are not met. We tell clients before hand if something that they are expecting to happen one way is going to happen another way. We think in terms of options when presenting ideas. We are flexible and view change as positive practice.
